Key Responsibilities
Implement new features using code that emphasize clarity, robustness, and maintainabilityMaintain, support, and improve existing featuresActively learn and teach through pair programming and code reviewsContribute to team planning efforts assessing technical feasibility of product changesRotating on-call duties with other team membersOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications
Proficiency with Ruby and Ruby on RailsTest-Driven Development with RSpec, MiniTest, Cucumber, or equivalentgit or similar VCSProficiency with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Postgres) independent of ORMsComfort navigating the command lineExperience with AWS (Certified Solutions Architect preferred, any level)Motivation and curiosity to continuously learn and improveAdditional Experience Desired
