Ruckus Networks is looking to add a multifaceted, organized, self-starter to be a Sales Development Representative based in Charlotte, NC.
After a three-week onsite training program, this is a hybrid opportunity that will all you to split your time between working in our Charlotte office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and working remotely (Mondays and Fridays).
What to Expect:
In this role, you will work closely with the RUCKUS Field sales teams, Inside Sales teams, and field sales management to identify goals that will grow RUCKUS's business and position RUCKUS's solutions for new business to end-users through our Ecosystem of partners. Come connect your future!

You Will Make an Impact By:
- Using new business/project publications, both hard print and digital, you will qualify new business leads and forward them appropriately to the field team or ecosystem
- You will be required to use RUCKUS's internal resources for product expediting, pricing, technical support, etc. in a manner to meet the customer's expectations.
- You will apply CRM to handle opportunities and use the same for account planning.
- Through creative thinking and planning, identify new fields of play and new opportunities that position RUCKUS as the lead solution of choice.
- Follow-up on inbound leads that are generated by external lead generation tools.
- Complete call-out campaigns and cold calling of outbound clients.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential opportunities.
- Build and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members.
- Maintain and expand our database via SFDC.
- Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls to action, dates complete profile of information, etc.
- Handle inbound calls and convert them into sales leads.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- A completed Bachelor's Degree and or equal Military experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a no-excuses mentality.
- High energy and intensity, with a strong dedication to exceeding client expectations.
