Russian Speaking Customer Service Representative

Pay range: $16 - 17 /hr
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm
Experience: At least 1 year of administrative or customer service
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Temporary Contract

Responsibilities:

• Review application status with people over the phone
• Assist with application process / answer questions
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

• MUST be fluent and can read and write in Russian
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Comfortable talking on the phone and receiving inbound calls (between 50-80 calls per day)
• Process oriented and compassionate
