Why this role is exciting:

As a RVP of Sales for the Account Executive team, you will be an integral part of the Sales leadership team, reporting directly to the Area Vice President of Sales. You will be responsible for building and managing a team of Account Executives, whose focus is to grow our client base. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the development, growth, and success of the team. An important element of this position is to ensure that each Account Executive is trained, mentored, and coached to peak performance and that effective and motivating success plans are put in place.

What you will be doing:
  • Recruit, train, and retain a top performing sales team
  • Consistently deliver against team revenue goals
  • Partner with sales leadership to further define a successful and repeatable sales process
  • Analyze sales data to identify improvement points in conversion rates and deal sizes
  • Ensure salesforce data is updated and fully adopted by team
  • Train sales team to ensure they have knowledge of the products, sales techniques, and best practices
  • Track team and individual performance through pipeline management and forecasting
  • Assist sales staff in closing account sales opportunities when needed
  • Develop and manage strong relationships within our Mid Market segment, looking for opportunities to add value for the customer and additional revenue
  • Collaborate with members of the sales management team to align strategy or direction with the overall goals of the organization
  • Maintain market and industry knowledge to support continued growth
  • Other duties as assigned by the Company.
Does this sound like you?
  • Successful track record of building out a sales function from the ground up
  • 3+ years of sales and sales management experience in a SaaS environment
  • A proven track record of consultative sales; the ability to negotiate complex six and seven figure contracts
  • Understanding of the digital ecosystem landscape and relationships.
  • You are able to perform and adapt, as needed, within a fast-moving, dynamic work environment.
  • Problem solver, results oriented, timeliness, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to develop and mentor others
  • Ability to drive strategic direction
  • Are an effective communicator and dynamic presenter
  • Experience within performance, partner, or affiliate marketing is a plus.

Salary range: $260,000-$300,000 targeted annual earnings including base pay and variable commission plan. Plus eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.

*This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
