This leadership role sits at the heart of a fast-growing identity security organization, driving strategic enterprise sales performance across the French market. You will lead and scale a high-performing strategic sales team focused on delivering cloud-based identity governance solutions to large enterprise customers. Acting as both a people leader and business driver, you will shape go-to-market execution, strengthen pipeline quality, and ensure accurate forecasting across complex SaaS sales cycles. The role requires close collaboration with channel partners, marketing, product, and customer success teams to maximize market impact and uncover new growth opportunities. You will be responsible for building a high-performance culture grounded in structure, discipline, and execution excellence. This is a highly visible leadership position where your impact directly influences regional growth, customer success, and long-term strategic expansion.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will lead the strategic sales organization in France, driving revenue growth, team performance, and execution excellence across enterprise identity security solutions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing strategic sales team focused on enterprise accounts
- Own regional revenue targets, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with enterprise identity security solutions
- Drive structured sales execution, ensuring discipline across pipeline management and deal progression
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners
- Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to identify new logo and expansion opportunities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of new sales talent
- Ensure alignment between direct sales teams and supporting cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine strategy
- Present business plans, performance updates, and growth strategies to executive leadership
- Extensive experience in sales leadership within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software organizations
- Proven ability to lead and scale strategic sales teams in complex enterprise environments
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline discipline
- Experience managing both direct teams and cross-functional or matrixed stakeholders
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales transitions, ideally from on-premise to cloud-based models
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with a focus on performance and accountability
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to shape go-to-market strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and partners
- Fluency in English required; French or additional languages are a strong advantage
