This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee the full post-sales customer experience for the UK and broader EMEA region. You will manage multiple interdependent teams — Technical Success Management, Subject Matter Expertise, and Professional Services — ensuring seamless customer handoffs, high retention, and measurable business outcomes. Acting as the strategic and operational leader, you will build executive relationships, drive portfolio growth, and optimize cross-functional collaboration. The position requires a balance of executive presence, technical credibility, and operational rigor, with significant influence over customer success strategy and regional performance. Remote work within the region is supported, but the role will involve hands-on engagement in key markets, primarily the UK.
Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end post-sales customer experience for the region, from contract execution to renewals and platform evolution.
- Lead Technical Success Management, Subject Matter Expertise, and Professional Services teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
- Ensure seamless handoffs between functions, mitigating gaps and maintaining accountability for retention and expansion goals.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, including VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Drive regional NRR (Net Revenue Retention) and GRR (Gross Revenue Retention) performance through operational discipline and strategic oversight.
- Partner with Sales and other cross-functional teams to identify churn risks, forecast renewals, and implement customer success initiatives.
- Oversee performance management, coaching, and development of geographically distributed teams across time zones and cultural contexts.
- 10+ years in post-sales leadership roles such as Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Solutions Engineering in SaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS.
- 5+ years managing teams with direct reports, including remote and cross-cultural teams.
- Proven track record managing regional or enterprise portfolios with measurable NRR and/or GRR outcomes.
- Experience leading or partnering closely with Professional Services or implementation teams; understanding of project delivery, PS economics, and handoff models.
- Executive relationship management experience at VP/C-suite levels; ability to lead strategic account discussions independently.
- Strong commercial acumen, able to read renewal forecasts, identify churn risks, and work collaboratively with Sales.
- Working knowledge of UK regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to enterprise SaaS (e.g., GDPR, ICO obligations, FCA regulations, public sector procurement).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Familiarity with UK/EMEA market dynamics, UCaaS/CCaaS platforms, competitive landscape, and complex verticals such as healthcare, financial services, or government.
