You will play a crucial role in leading one of the largest transformations within MDLZ, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of SAP S/4 HANA and o9 system s.
SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey and provides a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. Post executive review MDLZ will proceed with a Smart Field approach, which means reviewing processes for opportunities to harmonize them, improve user interfaces, creating a digital core of systems that talk to each other, and more.
You will be a core member of the G lobal Transformation Office , partnering with leaders across functions and regions to define an effective change approach and to establish and manage regional teams to drive change management delivery and adoption .
How you will contribute
You will:
- Act as a senior change leader and be accountable for change management within the program.
- Develop a global change management strategy aligned with the overall S/4 HANA and o9 implementation plan s.
- F oster a positive attitude towards the change and inspire people to embrac e and adopt .
- Collaborate with leader s to ensure active support and engagement in the change process.
- Enable leaders and teams with change capability.
- Define measures of success and regularly evaluate effecti veness of strategies .
- Drive consistent execution and establish and monitor change management reporting.
- Provide input and direction into training programs to educate users on SAP S/4HANA functionality.
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential risks.
- Monitor change readiness and address resistance for a smooth transition.
- Report on KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives and collect feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change effectively.
What you will bring

- 10+ years of Change Management experience
- Proven experience in change management, preferably in SAP implementation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Finance (Record to Report, Central Finance) and its impact on business processes.
- Strong communication , interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a complex organizational environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
- Strong business acumen and leadership in change management. Can partner and influence strategic priorities.
- A passion for change and not afraid to roll up your sleeves .
- Prior e xperience leading change management on global SAP S/4 HANA implementations .
- Able to collaborate, communicate and influence effectively across all levels in order to make things happen.
- Ab le to summariz e and simplify key messages for executive stakeholders.
- Extensive k nowledge of change management best practices bringing in external perspective .

- Bachelor's degree in Business , Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci , Change Management Institute) is desirable.
