Engagifii, a leading Government Affairs solution in the US, is seeking a SaaS Account Executive to contribute to our rapid revenue growth. With a strong presence in the industry for the past twenty years and a new platform integrated with our Association Management suite of solutions, we offer an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced SaaS Technology company.

The ideal candidate will either have an interest in legislation and advocacy or possess the drive to close deals efficiently. By providing solutions that empower government affairs teams and assist them in accomplishing their critical missions, you will have a direct impact on the lives of many. Our clients consist of state and local governments, professional lobbying firms, and state associations. Effective communication skills are essential as you will engage with a diverse range of customers, from Intergovernmental Affairs Directors of State Agencies to Partners at some of the largest lobbying firms in the US to long-standing administrative assistants at state associations. Importantly, there is no need for prospecting or cold calling!

Requirements

The Right Candidate Is:

  • A self-starter, with strong organization and time management skills
  • A high performer with a history of exceeding sales quotas
  • Good listener and assertive enough to know how and when to ask the right questions
  • Knows how to get right to the decision-maker and identify their needs and position our solutions
  • Filled with a sense of urgency and persistence
  • Driven by goals, money, personal growth, and the impact you are making on others

Experience & Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree (preferred)
  • 3+ years sales success in a B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Comfortable presenting/demonstrating cloud-based software on Zoom
  • Experience selling to government accounts and familiarity with their procurement process is a plus!
  • Experience selling to associations is a plus!

  • $150,000 OTE (base + commission + bonus) No cap! Top reps earn over $150k
