JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented, energetic and self-driven individual to join our SaaS Operations team responsible for Datacenter and Cloud operations. Our SaaS Operation Engineers are responsible for supporting the full technical operation stack: system planning, implementation, administration, performance monitoring, software deployments and capacity planning. This is a Microsoft centric technology stack (Azure, SQL Server, Windows) environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with 1-3 years of experience.

Core Requirements and Responsibilities:

Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:

• Administering Network stack, Windows Server Hyper-V Stacks, Storage Area Networks and any associated Disaster Recovery/Backup products.
• Windows Sever and Active Directory maintenance including Local and Group Policy, Security hardening and Remediation.
• Manage Active Directory Domain Controllers.
• Leveraging Scripting technologies (Example: PowerShell) for automation.
• Support Citrix published Applications.
• Install, manage and troubleshoot Microsoft systems.
• Perform advanced defect root cause analysis and provide resolution plans.
• Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well as monthly weekend maintenance.
• Assist Product Support Team with advanced tickets
• Continually improve DevOps tools, processes, and procedures

Qualifications:

• Ability to support services in multiple data centers with integrations involving multiple products.
• Minimum of 1 year- experience with PowerShell Scripting.
• At least 1 year of Active Directory related work experience.
• Strong understanding of networking and security concepts.
• 1-3 years managing configuration, build and deployments for enterprise software solutions (upgrade and administration)
• Managing Windows Server infrastructure
• 1-2 years of Cloud based Infrastructure (AWS/Azure) experience.
• Microsoft Certifications
• Positive, self-motivated personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently
• Strong communication & documentation skills

Additional Requirements and Details:

· Travel required up to 10% of the time.

· Located and working from an office location. #LI-Hybrid

· Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.

· Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.).

· Frequent sitting and/or standing.
