As a member of the Surveys & Polling Platforms product team, you'll play a crucial role in in executing the listening strategies of our key stakeholders. As a member of the Surveys & Polling Platforms product team, you'll play a crucial role in in executing the listening strategies of our key stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to partner with stakeholders throughout the firm to understand their needs and design and develop robust solutions that meet and/or exceed customer expectations.
In this role you will:
- Quickly become an expert on the product applications and related solutions (including Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey)
- Demonstrate product expertise and problem-solving acumen through the design, development, and implementation of scalable product offerings, integrated listening programs and strategic projects
- Help define and market existing and new product offerings
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, developing an understanding customer's business and strategic objectives to determine how our product suite of applications and solutions can best fulfill those needs
- Integrate new features into existing programs
- Work with dedicated vendor service teams to influence product roadmap and deliver highly visible listening programs that drive company-wide impact
- Apply research best practices to ensure data integrity and accuracy through the design, execution, analysis, and reporting phases.
- Establish, author and maintain product and user documentation
- Facilitate project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members
- Perform critical analysis on information consolidated from multiple sources, identify and resolve conflicts, and break down high-level information into detailed workable requirements
- Present analysis and recommendations to technology leaders and colleagues
- Provide production support as a member of the application team
- Managerisk and control compliance to departmental and company-wide standards in partnership with cybersecurity technology controls, global identity and access management, risk and controls, third party oversight and supplier assurance services

- Strong understanding of the risk and controls landscape and data use, ensuring company-wide standards are met
- Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot, and deliver strategic solutions to clients
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint required
- Proficiency in the use of productivity tools such as Jira, and Confluence a plus
- Previous experience with Software as a Service at the enterprise level a plus
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with large complex data sets is plus
- Follow Agile Process of Delivery and be an expert at it
