This job is permanently 100% remote with some travel to customer sites.
The Sales Professional Services Consultant will work closely with onboarding and sales teams to customize software and train customers in its use. As a start-up company in the middle of scaling, the role will require you to be a jack-of-all-trades. You'll end up working on things like customer success, upsells, onboarding, customer tasks, product demos, training, and be a subject matter expert for all things related to patient access to care. Candidates excited about creating a great customer experience would be a great fit for this role.
Experience
- Experience training and onboarding a complex software product that requires lots of customization
- Understand and document contact center workflows, both for clinical &Β non-clinical
- Our ideal candidate has experience in a Contact Center Ops inside healthcare
- Partner with internal team members to scope and deliver new client opportunities
- Design solutions and surface issues before they become real problems
- On-time delivery of client onboarding projects
- Manage potentially unmotivated or demanding client personalities
- Experience leading executives to the right decision
- Familiar with Schmitt-Thompson Clinical Content
- Foster a collaborative environment within the project team
- Nursing certification and experience a plus
- Familiar with Keona and Health Desk a plus
- 2+ yearsβ experience delivering complex software solutions
- Proficient at presenting to groups & executives (demo)
- Fantastic customer service
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Visio
- Superior time management, prioritization, and coordination skills
- Self-motivated & able to see own way to hit deadlines
- Works well in an unstructured, sometimes ambiguous environment
- Willing to work 100% remote with possible travel (once COVID is over)
