JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Delivery Manager, Finance Portfolio the Product owner:

• Maintains and enhances Financial Planning and Business Intelligence applications in SAP Analytics Cloud
• Supports day to day planning and reporting processes and trains and supports super users across the organization
• Supports strategic technology projects in SAP Analytics Cloud

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete critical and advanced SAP Analytics Cloud training to become a technical expert
• Solution and process expert in McCain's Financial Planning and Business Intelligence solutions in SAP Analytics Cloud
• Support Global and Regional Finance teams in Planning and Reporting processes in SAC
• Day to day maintenance of dimensions, calculations, data actions, user access and integration of data with SAP PaPM, SAP ECC and SAP HANA Cloud
• Provide support, investigate, and troubleshoot issues across all environments
• Prepare end user documentation and lead training and user adoption
• Gathers and documents functional requirements and converts them into technical specifications to initiative development
• Maintain and update SAC models to incorporate new functionalities and address backlog requirements that have been identified
• Build stories using input from multiple datasources and produce financial plans via SAC models
• Coordinates issue resolution and development activities with relevant Finance and technology teams
• Build new reports or optimize existing reports
• Perform/lead all levels of testing, data validation and support for new, modified, or existing models and applications
• Proactively safeguard database integrity and security
• Stay informed about timing and new features in SAC releases

• The SAP Analytics Cloud Specialist has a deep knowledge of the technology, business processes, and key users.
• Combined business & technical background, eager to learn how to use SAC models to meet business planning and analytics demands.
• Ability to work with diverse Finance and Technology teams to ensure business process continuity and project success
• Excellent Analytical, problem solving, prioritization and collaboration skills.

KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Computer Science/Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Consumer goods industry or Manufacturing experience and will be an asset
• Knowledge in Enterprise Performance Management, Consolidation and Financial Planning systems (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BPC, OneStream, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Anaplan) and expertise in analytical models, multi-dimensional databases and business intelligence
• A solid understanding of Record to Report processes and Finance master data
• Expertise in SAP Finance will be an asset
• Experience working within an agile project delivery framework
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across levels and functions internally and with third parties
• Experience working in a fast paced, changing environment with ambiguous conditions, dealing with both internal and external customers, including cross functional teams

• Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
• Key internal relationships: Global Finance Transformation and FP&A teams, Regional Finance Teams, Global and Regional IT Teams
• Travel: as required
