 For Safety Management and Services in the Construction area. 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering. CHST, CAPM, OSHA 30-hour Certification, and CRIS, with 5+ years of construction safety experience within the pharmaceutical industry. 
• Availability: On-site support. 
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
• Experience in:
  • Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) on construction sites
  • Development of Contractor Safety Programs (ACSP)
  • Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Develop, implement, and manage the Contractor Safety Program (ACSP) to align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs to contractors and site personnel.
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Stay updated on OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies to maintain compliance and address any concerns.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate safety risks associated with construction activities.
• Develop and implement risk control measures to minimize hazards.
• Lead and mentor safety teams to foster a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure safety is prioritized.
• Effectively communicate safety expectations and requirements to all levels of the organization.
