Safety Manager (m/f/d)

As our Safety Manager, you’ll ensure that our operations meet the highest safety standards while fostering a culture of care and compliance across our hubs and teams.

Job Description

• Manage External Service Providers: Oversee and manage relationships with external service providers, including fire safety, labour safety, food safety, and pest control services.

• Training & Development:

  • Coordinate first aid training programs with external providers.

  • Own the safety topics related to our training programs, to ensure all team members are equipped with the knowledge they need.

• Risk Inventory & Evaluation: ensuring our RI&E is always up to date and relevant for the whole NL organization

• Safety Projects: Lead and drive innovation projects aimed at enhancing safety across our organization.

• Audits & Compliance:

  • Own the auditing process for all hubs, including setting up, maintaining, and updating audit content in Airtable.

  • Conduct audits, track actions, and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• You have a background or affinity in safety management
• You have experience in an operations and/or retail environment
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy taking ownership of complex projects.
• You have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple (internal & external) stakeholders effectively.
• You’re fluent in Dutch and/or English
