Department Overview

Identity and Access Management (IAM)/Identity and Access Governance (IAG) at Cardinal Health provides governance around all IAM solutions, processes, and access controls. Responsible for access certification completion and accuracy, access management, IAM controls and compliance activities, and partners with security, risk and compliance, security architecture, and others to ensure IAM processes meet or exceed the standards and access control policies.

The team is responsible for daily operations and development of the centralized User Access Review process at Cardinal Health and overall identity governance through IAM tools such as IdentityIQ, CyberArk, and Okta.

Responsibilities:

This role is integral to ensure IAM security methodologies are meeting or exceeding our Identity, Access, and Authentication policy when integrating new applications or infrastructure to IAM service offerings. As a technical resource, focused on business functional solutions for our services, you will play a key role in ensuring we are meeting the needs of the business and security requirements.

IAM Integrations (Build):

  • Interfaces with clients and external business partners to design and implement IAM service solutions.
  • Define and document requirements for data elements to include in IdentityIQ, Okta, and CyberArk to support access certification and access management goals.
  • Define and document requirements for ensuring effective and efficient integrations into IAM services.
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure thorough testing of implementation solutions to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Access Certifications (Run):

  • Design and implement effective access certification campaigns with thorough, accurate, and complete campaigns to ensure access is certified over time and all security and regulatory controls are met.
  • Administer the IdentityIQ access certification processes, ensuring compliance to all associated tasks and audit requirements.
  • Identify, solution, and implement process improvements.
  • Data analytics and reporting.
  • Consult with technical and business teams to suggest enhancements to the IAM security processes to ensure our service offerings are effective and efficient throughout identity lifecycle processes.
  • Manage incoming ServiceNow Incidents, Service Requests, Assessments, and Enhancements, ensuring compliance to established deadlines and service levels.
  • Create and maintain IdentityIQ rules, certification definitions, and workflows to support the attestation processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with SailPoint or similar technology
  • SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer covers IdentityIQ installation, build, and deployment; Lifecycle Manager; Identity Governance; custom development; application onboarding; debugging and troubleshooting; and data and access modeling
  • Foundational knowledge of information security principles.
  • Strong design and development skills with database technologies
  • Must know principles and techniques involved to ensure non-functional requirements such as performance and security are factored during design and development
  • Experience in Agile (Scrum) project methodologies.
  • Have experience with writing code for high scalability systems
