SailPoint Technical Lead

Responsibilities as an Identity and Access Management Technical Lead:

• Maintain and manage the SailPoint - Identity Access (IDAM) solution aligned with the Organization Goals and compliance requirements.
• Maintain health of the SailPoint System, hardening of the infra and maintain compliance.
• Design, define and implement the controls related to SailPoint IDAM solution.
• Create, review and maintain SOPs , SOWs, Processes and Procedures etc.
• Manage the IDAM SailPoint Operations and full life cycle of the transformation projects in the related areas
• Document, implement, and enforce security controls, policies, and procedures related to identity governance and administration.
• Maintain Service level agreement (SLA) and manage operations smoothly.
• Analyse performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Identity and access Management
• Minimum 5+ years of Experience in managing the IDAM platform for a global organization in the leadership role
• Experience in designing, implementing, and operating IDAM within enterprise environments.
• Good technical knowledge of one or more IDAM products like SailPoint, Oracle IDAM, Okta, etc.
• Strong understanding of security principles, authentication protocols, and industry standards (SAML, OAuth, SCIM)

• Working knowledge of security frameworks and security concepts such as defence-in-depth techniques, threat vectors, risk management, common exploits
• Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as CIS Controls, NIST, ISO 27001,
• Demonstrate commitment to high standards of ethics and values, regulatory compliance, and business integrity.
• Industry standard security certifications like CIAM, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Associate and SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Professional.
