What you willbe doing
As a Sales Lead withinthe industry group comprising of CPG & Retail you will be responsible for driving large andstrategic deals for new logos within the industries. You will work collaborativelywith our TCS teams and our ecosystem partners to create innovative andbest-in-class solutions for our customers in a purpose-driven environment. You will have end-to-end responsibility from demand capture toclosure for the new logos.
What we arelooking for:
You should have a deep knowledge of with anability to visualize the big picture. You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in selling IT services, preferablyworking in a leading IT services and products firm preferably with priorexperience of working with diverse global teams. You should have a demonstratedability to u nderstand customers challenges and find a solution that deliversmaximum value for them. You should be able to understanddifferent pricing models and help clients build a successful business case. Youshould be able to bring process rigor in large and complex deal cycles. Youshould have ability to collaborate with teams spread across the globe, rallyteams towards success and results, and be able to network across variousinternal and external stakeholders. You should be self-driven,constantly learning, and innovative in your ways of working.
