Sales Account Executive- West Region

ATI Nursing Education is hiring a Complete Account Executive, who will be the primary liaison between ATI and it's most prominent clients, Complete Partners, in the Great Lakes region. This is a remote position living within the territory with 40% travel. Preferred locations within the WEST region near a major airport are California, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Denver, Portland or Seattle. Other cities will also be considered in the West region.
Responsibilities:
- Retain current Complete Partners and successfully renew contracts at updated pricing
- Active involvement in all aspects of ATI's relationship with each Complete Partner
- Prepare and conduct semi-annual Program Performance Reviews with each client within the assigned territory
- Assess Partner needs and outcome goals, prioritize them, and then organize the appropriate ATI resources to assist in achievement
- Responsibilities include, sales, relationship management, issue escalation and resolution, high-level project management, successful onboarding of new clients
- Partner with program to ensure appropriate ATI resources are deployed to assist program in achieving desired outcomes
- Consistently demonstrate the value in new innovations and services
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of 5 years field-based solution sales experience
- Proven track record of delivering results in a quota-based sales environment with multiyear contracts
- Nursing education industry knowledge, background in healthcare or higher education experience preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven sales experience in demonstrating the value in new innovations and services
- Strong influence skills and ability to work in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive successful client outcomes and solutions
- Executive-level experience and presence
- Ability to leverage data and analytical insights
- Possess at least a minimum baseline financial acumen
- Strong self-starter with the ability to prioritize and work independently
- Ability to travel up to 40%, including overnights, post pandemic.
