•Lead and apply Klima/Non-Klima definition for Mercedes CRs

•Support Engineering Change Management (ECMs)

•Provide the liaison to Application Engineering to ensure proper commercial alignment for ECMs.

•Provide OI improvement ideas.

•Accurately communicate engineering change related details (cost & pricing).

•Drive cost savings initiatives related to investment.

•Support the implementation of the "new business pursuit" quoting process.

•Lead customer facing discussions related to engineering changes.

Preferred Skill Set

•Technical background

•Understand design concepts and APTIV engineering process

•Review basic drawing notes/schematics/sketches

•GSD knowledge and application

•Familiar with APTIV ECM database

•Communication requirements

•Language: Spanish and English

•Proficient in Exl, Pwr.Pt.,Word
