The Opportunity:
Xtra Mile is seeking a Sales Manager who will lead new business development and customer relationship management initiatives for our US technical B2B market!
In this role, you will target Senior Executive decision-makers of tech and media organizations of all sizes (mainly CMOs and VPs of Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and HR) to establish professional working relationships and earn their marketing business.
Responsibilities:
- Executing all new business development strategies as the founding Sales Executive in the US market
- Managing the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to the transaction's closing
- Running discovery meetings (in-person and virtual), conducting needs analysis, crafting creative solutions tailored to customer needs, preparing/delivering sales presentations, and handling negotiations
- Maintaining relationships with newly established customers while consistently aiming to increase their level of activity and investment by positioning the value of our services and products
Requirements:
- Experience as an individual contributing B2B Sales Account Manager
- Proven track record engaging new clients and leading negotiation cycles with senior management
- Experience managing complex processes to close new business as well as growing existing accounts through up-selling/cross-selling
- Marketing background and/or familiarity with digital marketing solutions and social media trends is a plus
