SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Channel Manager to join our team at Allegro Microsystems. The Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and managing our channel partner relationships, driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels, and ensuring the successful promotion of our semiconductor products. This role requires a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, strong relationship-building skills, and a strategic approach to channel management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to expand our market presence and drive sales growth through partner networks.

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and VARs (Value-Added Resellers).

Collaborate closely with distributor branch offices to drive demand creation activities. This includes working with local teams to develop and execute targeted marketing and sales initiatives that increase awareness and adoption of Allegro Microsystems' semiconductor products.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide training, resources, and support to channel partners, ensuring they are equipped to effectively sell and promote our semiconductor products.

Monitor and analyze the performance of channel partners, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize results.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust channel strategies accordingly.

Lead contract negotiations with channel partners, ensuring agreements align with company objectives and are mutually beneficial.

Drive revenue growth through the development and execution of joint business plans with channel partners, including co-marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the Sales Manager and senior management, highlighting key metrics, risks, and opportunities.

Work closely with product management, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of channel activities with overall company goals.

Ensure that all channel activities adhere to Allegro Microsystems' policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

5+ years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development, preferably within the semiconductor industry.

Strong understanding of the semiconductor market, including key players, technologies, and trends.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets through indirect sales channels.

Experience in working with distributor branch offices to drive demand creation and successfully implement marketing campaigns at a local level.

Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.

Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects to successful completion.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
