We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to drive sales revenue, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a long-term, successful relationship with each customer. This position reports to the Manager, Sales Account Management.

Position type: Full-time, exempt

Location:  The position is located in either of our two offices - Boalsburg, PA or Greenwood Village, CO. Employees may work in the office full-time or choose a mix of remote/in-office work. Employees are expected to be in the office at least two days/week.

Travel: Occasional travel is expected.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and be a bridge between customers and the company
  • Serve as the point of contact for our existing customers and drive renewal and expansion sales opportunities
  • Regular touch points with clients to maintain engagement and ensure successful users
  • Draft and send sales proposals
  • Negotiate and execute renewal agreements
  • Respond to questions and inquiries about EnergyCAP products and services
  • Document customer interactions using a CRM system
  • Handle 300+ clients
  • Represent the Company at trade shows and expos
  • Achieve sales target through cross-selling strategies
  • Ensure customers are receiving maximum value from their EnergyCAP investment
  • Build relationships with existing clients to foster EnergyCAP evangelists
  • High retention of current clients through regular contact and helpful support
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding software functionality and overall EnergyCAP solution

Required experience and skills:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of quota-carrying experience selling SaaS-based software preferred, account management or customer success.
  • Strong verbal communication and writing skills
  • Ability to learn EnergyCAP software, its practical use, and keep up with changes
  • Understanding of business processes and how clients use and benefit from EnergyCAP
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Webinar applications
  • CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com

Pay range: On-target earnings of $85,000 to $100,000, including base pay and commissions. Base pay is commensurate on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
