The Sales Admin has an integral part of helping scale Better Earth's Inside Sales division! The Sales Admin owns the project from the point of sale and will manage the job through to completion! This position focuses on the customer experience, focusing on speaking with homeowners and the sales team to provide updates, navigate questions etc. The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, can manage multiple projects at once, and thrives in high pressure environments!

Responsibilities

• Help ensure all jobs meet Clean Deal Submission criteria.
• If things are missing, aid rep in collecting outstanding items so deal can flow smoothly.
• Respond to client requests for updates/questions.
• Familiarity with financing portals and Aurora.
• Help manage jobs through to completion.

Requirements

• Must have previous solar experience
• Pangea/Aurora knowledge and ability to change designs.
• Sales/customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Good Leap, Dividend, Sungage portals
• Must be able to work in our downtown Los Angeles office

Compensation:

• 65,000/year
• Commission TBD
