Sales Admin Associate
Job Description
TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES
ยท Participate in setting up dashboards and reports, both in CRM (ZOHO) and beyond, to track sales operations and cross-functional efficiencies, and identify areas for improvement.
ยท Participate in the production and review of accurate and actionable sales reports for sales reps, GEO sales leaders and the executive team.
ยท Support for the Sales Events/exhibitions
ยท Support for Sales Operations of the sales team, including managing quote, invoice, cash collection, and expense.
ยท Partner with Global Sales and Finance to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data.
ยท Support teams for administrative tasks, such as:
o Control office supplies (stationaries, beverages, marketing materials, etcโฆ)
o Liaise with the selected service providers for office cleaning, decoration and maintenance
o Raise Purchase Requisitions for Goods & Services relative to General Affairs & Administration, follow-up on their delivery, prepare payment requests
o Maintain Company registration documents and certificates up to date
o Handle incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, magazines, newspapers
o Assist employees with their travel arrangements in liaison with the selected service providers, such as, visa and insurance (Basically, employee book air ticket by themselves)
o
o Other duties assigned by the Reporting Lines

ยท Sales Revenue performance
PROFILE REQUIRED
Professional Background
ยท 3+ years of experience in a sales role
ยท Experience in Automotive industry is plus
Skills & Abilities
ยท Understanding of finance processes and commercial risk
ยท The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Global Sales Leadership and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
ยท Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
ยท A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
ยท An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
ยท Excel skills
ยท Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
ยท Professional English and Japanese communication skills
ยท Knowing Market, Competitors, and customers
ยท Must know the company licenses, and certifications and adhere as per the company laws
