What we need:
To support the inside and outside Construction Sales team in achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs by taking on the following list of tasks. This role is of utmost importance to limit the number of non-selling activities completed by the Construction Territory Managers on a daily basis, while also maintaining the team's ability to provide an excellent customer experience, and top notch Contractor Services to our clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Facilitating Order Expedites with Manufacturing and Distribution teams.
- Order follow ups, providing tracking information delivery expectations to customers.
- Communicating with outside vendors regarding lead times, expedite options, shipping/delivery requirements.
- Processing credit/return/replacement documents as needed.
- Handling complications with orders as they arise (working with Operations teams to prioritize orders as needed to meet customer expectations/deadlines).
- Liaison between Operations and Sales - attend production meetings and keep teams informed of any information regarding backlog, machine/cell issues, etc.
- Maintain Large Value Order tracker to keep Sales and Operations informed and on schedule with large opportunities/orders with special requirements/services.
- Facilitate SIC code account changes in SAP and SalesForce, as well as maintain google doc for future reassignments.
- Review for accuracy and release all Construction High Value Orders.
- Facilitate and maintain processes for Orders requiring Special Packaging service.
- Review all Bid Opportunities and process bid documentation to return to customer.
- Assist Construction Order Entry team as needed.
- Cover/assist with Construction Sales Support II tasks as needed.
What you'll need to be successful:
- Experience as sales support, customer service, or a similar role
- Experience in a sales environment
- Be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented
- Understanding of sales process
- Sense of ownership of your performance and its impact on company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management and multitasking skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills

Hiring Range:
- $18.50 - $22.50/hr. plus commission
