Position OverviewAs an Administrative Assistant, you will perform general clerical and administrative duties to assist department, supervisors and managers.

- Interfaces with a variety of people, internally and externally, in routine matters
- Performs routine administrative responsibilities
- Proficient with Excel, Power Point & working knowledge of Word
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Attentive to detail

- Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
- Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Human Resource systems; Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
