The Opportunity:
We’re excited to bring on board a Sales Administrative Assistant who will support the entire business team. Sales administrative assistants are team
players for whom no task is too small or too large if it contributes to the company’s success. As valuable support staff, you will interact with our
individual sales contributors, with our customers, and all other departments within the Altium family of companies. You will have specific tasks, and
also use your own initiative to make us a more organized, and efficient sales organization.

What You’ll Do:
● Proactively monitor top account line card additions
● Partner API Performance: monitor and notify sales representatives and customers
● Partner Data Feed intake & performance: monitor and notify sales representatives and customers
● Assistance with normalization of data
● Accounts receivable assistance
● Work in customer portals: load invoices, track payments
● Run and deliver all manual customer reporting
● Set up ads and run reports for all Ad and co-op activities
● Monitor Octopart For Business inbox, research and distribute leads
● Monitor Internal Customer Portal for Boost and Ad requests
● Help desk support - work with all internal resources to help resolve problems and complaints quickly
● Heavy use of SalesForce, ensuring accuracy of all leads, opportunities, activities, forecasts, wins, and losses in the sales funnel
● Present our basic value proposition to prospective clients
● Practice diligence in regards to customer follow-up
● Record keeping
● Assist with building out and maintaining training instructions
● Overall support for the sales leader and all members of the team

● Customers will be delighted by their experience working with you.
● The sales organization will look to you for support in managing their everyday activities
● You will establish a deep understanding of the company’s value proposition and how we fit into the market
● You will adopt and create an atmosphere of continuous measurable improvement
● You will help the team achieve their KPI and revenue targets
● Octopart will achieve its revenue targets
● You will become a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for our customers and the sales organization

Skills you will need:
● 5 years minimum sales administration experience preferably in SaaS, DaaP, or E Commerce sectors
● Ability to learn and master multiple software environments; All Google Suites including Admin, Salesforce, Datadog, FreshDesk, Netsuite,
Stripe and home grown systems like Company Workstation, and Customer Portals
● Nice to have experience in email outreach software such as Pardot, Salesforce/Hubspot, as well as databases, and experience with setting
up successful sequences, tracking and monitoring outreach, and successfully retargeting potential leads
