Sales Administrator
Job Description
This is a full-time, direct placement role at OneNet Global.
Sales Support/Admin will carry out administrative duties that help the sales team run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor pricing requests in CHR system
- Assign requests as needed
- Ensure requests are addressed in a timely manner (SLA 24 hours)
- Follow up with responsible parties as appropriate (vendors, sales, operations, clients)
- Update CHR System
- Updating/adding information into CHR by Account/Service Location/Service Type/Contacts/Products
- Verify inventory/price/design/3rd party information in CHR
- Create/Monitor pricing requests from vendors in CHR and file documents as needed on Share Drive/Sharepoint
- Update/create Quote/Service Order in CHR and supply to Sales team
- Signed Service orders
- Ensure MSA/Service Order/and Addendum are signed and scanned into system (any other supporting documents)
- Ensure Contract is created at account level for signed service order with correct contract signed dates
- Update Opportunity Sales Phase "Sales Won" and Sale Status to "Validation". Activity "Present to Customer" should be closed (hand off to Project Management Team)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Interfaces
- Communicates directly with the Sales Team, Outside Vendors, Internal Teams & Customers as needed.
- Works with Management
Expectations
- All communications will be timely and conducted within business standards
- Update management on progress of pricing requests/signed service orders along with any escalations issues or expedites that arise
- Metrics will be determined
Requirements
- 2 years of IT experience
- Microsoft Office 365 experience
- Azure experience
Salary Description
$55,000 - $70,000
