Sales Administrator
Job Description
Hotman Group isseeking a dynamic Sales Administrator to join our team remotely. This positionoffers an exciting opportunity for individuals with 1-2 years of experience ina similar role or function and starts as contract-to-hire. Top-tier workerswill be converted to permanent within 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Provideadministrative support to our Customer and Partner Operations Manager. Joininitial calls, schedule follow-ups, and grow into completing follow-ups on your own.
- Manage email andsocial media outreach activities.
- Update andmaintain the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
- Coordinate andschedule meetings for the sales team as necessary.
- Conduct industryresearch to identify potential lead sources.
- Research andrecommend sales and channel partner events.
- Manage inboundlead and bookings calendar.
Knowledge, Skills,and Abilities:
- Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal and written, with professionalism in customerinteractions and internal communication.
- Professional Judgment.
- Demonstrated commitment to efficiency while continuously exploring innovative approaches to tasks and processes.
- Familiarity with Social Media Platforms.
- Proficiency withvarious digital tools and systems, with a willingness to learn newtechnologies.
- Demonstratedcritical thinking skills, coupled with the ability to follow instructions toachieve team objectives.
- Strong attentionto detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective timemanagement and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in afast-paced remote environment.
- Customer serviceskills with a focus on delivering exceptional support internally and externally.
- Previousexperience with CRM tools strongly preferred but not required.
- Knowledge ofcybersecurity/GRC is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Willingness totake initiative and go beyond job description duties to support team goals.
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset, willing to embrace challenges and opportunities for personal and professional development. This role will work closely with a seasoned customer-focused leader.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degreein Business, Marketing, related field or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years ofexperience in a similar role.
- Proficiency inbasic office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quicklylearn and adapt to new technologies, systems and programs.
- Must be located inthe USA and have permanent authorization to work for any employer.
- Clear backgroundcheck.
- Strong Internetconnection and a secure working area.
