Sales Administrator
Job Description
The Sales Administrator assists the sales team members with their daily administrative duties, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
This is a hybrid position in Saint Paul, MN. You must be located in the Saint Paul, MN area. This position is NOT remote.

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team members to ensure a seamless and thorough customer experience.Â
- Create quotes for prospective customers and remind the sales team of follow up.
- Work with the sales team and marketing to prepare sales presentations for potential customers.
- Respond to customer issues through chat and email, and troubleshoot and triage where necessary.
- Add and create new customer accounts ensuring all records are up to date with correct information.
- Process customer sales orders and follow up on status.
- Manage inbound leads from trade shows and other sources and assign appropriately.Â
- Backup and support Vivacity mainline call queue.
- Answer general customer questions such as product tracking information.Â
- Add and create new customer accounts ensuring all records are up to date with correct information, including requesting new customer account form and tax exemption, when applicable.Â
- Assist sales team with email communication.Â
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new software
- Ability to work independently
Education & ExperienceÂ
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience required/ Minimum 2 years relevant experience for Rep II
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferredÂ
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
