Job Description
The Sales Admin is a key component of our sales and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and efficient transaction management. This role is critical in supporting the sales teams, handling customer orders, and facilitating warehouse transactions to enhance overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.Â
Minimum RequirementsÂ
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.Â
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.Â
- Proficiency in CRM software and data management tools, with JDE experience being advantageous.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Execute data entry tasks related to order entry, pre-invoicing, customer interactions, contract administration, pricing, accounts receivable resolution, and commercial reporting.Â
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on specific projects and work assignments.Â
- Partner with the operations team to ensure the timely delivery of sales orders and service requests.Â
- Manage communication effectively by reviewing and responding to emails and phone calls from internal and external customers, ensuring relevant information is conveyed accurately and promptly.Â
- Adhere to established office procedures and data entry protocols, enhancing data integrity and operational efficiency.Â
- Conduct various reporting and administrative tasks as needed to support sales activities.Â
- Undertake additional duties as required, contributing to the team’s overall success.Â
