Sales Administrator, EOS
Job Description
The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the EOS sales team and clinical account manager team ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations. This role involves a combination of administrative, organizational, and communication tasks to facilitate efficient sales processes and maintain positive customer relationships. This position will support the RSM and CAM teams in the Western half of the US as well as the AUS/NZ market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist regional sales managers with administrative tasks, such as preparing and processing sales orders, quotes, service contracts, and new vendor forms.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as service, finance, and accounting to ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate billing, and revenue recognition milestones
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team as needed
- Utilize Salesforce to update customer records, sales opportunities, quoting activities, and service contract status
- Work with internal legal and IT team to manage, organize, and track redlines made to sales contracts, marketing agreements and IT/Risk Assessments for customers
- Assist in training and onboarding of new sales and CAM team members on administrative processes, Salesforce, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics)

Salary Range
Alphatec Spine, Inc. complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate's qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $26.00-$31.00 Full-Time Hourly Range
