Role Summary 

The Sales Administrator Small Medium Business (SMB)provides global process support for inbound business and supports customers that have 1–100 employees, assisting SMB Account Managers, partners and distributors with quotes, renewals, discretionary discounting, mid-term upgrades, licensing support and other sales related activity.
