Overview

Responsible for supporting both the sales and sales support teams in the commercialization of products.

Essential Functions/Job Duties

This employee will work via phone and e-mail with internal and external customers, including but not limited to the following duties performed on a daily basis:

· Ship samples to arrive on time at the lowest possible cost

· Maintaining sample room and ensure new products are added and obsolete products are removed

· Issue corporate Reclass as directed

· Coordinate mockup process and distribution

· Handle customer requests for images, SDS, COI, and specifications

· Provide support for existing product conversion projects

· Responsible for sell sheets

· Back-up support for Sales Analysts

· Customer item set up request forms

· Prepare spreadsheets and reports based on sales related projects and activities

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• 1+ years of experience in using Excel
