The Position:Â
As a Sales Administrator at Gurobi Optimization—you will play a multifaceted role in supporting our sales team. Your responsibilities will ensure the accuracy of data entered into Salesforce to facilitate deal closures and optimize our lead-to-cash process. You should be well-organized, adaptable, and committed to data accuracy to excel in this role. Proficiency in Salesforce is essential, and your enthusiasm for continuous learning and growth in our fast-paced organization will be highly valued.Â
What will you be doing?
- Serve as the 'Data Steward' for the Gurobi Sales team, ensuring accurate data entry for closing deals and optimizing the lead-to-cash process.Â
- Provide valuable administrative support to the Sales team within Salesforce (SFDC) throughout the opportunity lifecycle. Responsibilities include updating Opportunities, creating Quotes, making necessary Quote edits, and supplying essential information for deal closure.Â
- Take charge of the Account creation process to facilitate the Sales team's operations.Â
- Develop expertise in Gurobi's product offerings to assist the Sales team better.Â
- Support the sales team in various aspects, such as preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
What experience and qualifications should you have?
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Â
- Prior experience in data entry and data cleansing.Â
- Preferred experience in internal 'Sales Rep-facing' administrative roles.Â
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SFDC CPQ, MS Office, and Conga systems.Â
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

- Understanding the needs and expectations of customers and being responsive to their inquiries and requests.Â
- Intermediate analytical skills to interpret sales data, track key metrics, and provide insights to the sales team.
