Sales Analyst

LG Electronics is looking for a Sales Analyst to join our Customer Service Team!

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Analyst is responsible for providing data-driven insights on sales to stakeholders including upper management and internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making process and to develop actionable plans for efficiency in sales. The sales analyst is expected to collect data from diverse sources to better understanding business, market, and customers. In order to optimize sales performance, this position is required to analyze and report on sales data to deliver information about how the sales teams are performing with recommendations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report sales results
• Report key performance indicators of sales
• Evaluate and predict sales trends with sell-thru result from the major accounts
• Sales forecasting - collaborate with financial analyst
• Prepare material for regular reports and meetings related to sales
• Manage KPI dashboard
• In part of continuous improvement activities, develop ad-hoc task, change in process, projects as needed

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Relevant work experience in inventory or equivalent degree in management (2 years preferred)
• Strong skills and knowledge of statistics and quantitative data interpretation
• Excellent data-analysis skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and positive attitude
• Interpersonal skills for dealing with sensitive issues, ambiguous situations, and change in direction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint
• Data-visualization S/W (plus): Power BI, Tableau, or Google Locker Studio
• Experience in ERP system; SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence
• Bilingual English and Korean (preferred)
