About You:
We are looking for a Sales Analyst to help analyze and interpret customer data to help guide strategic planning for the Revenue team.
In this role you will report to the Director of Sales and be responsible for helping to maximize revenue by analyzing internal data to provide feedback on customer activity and qualifying criteria to the Revenue team. You will partner with our Revenue leadership team and other internal stakeholders to drive ongoing improvement to sales targeting and workflows. The ideal candidate will thrive on data analytics and working cross functionally with other areas of NinjaTrader to achieve the goals of the organization.
In this position, you will:
  • Provide relevant insights from analysis of client communication and activity data to Revenue leadership
  • Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets to help guide strategic planning and targeting
  • Inform decision making, address key challenges and concerns, and identify new ways to maximize revenue
  • Help to convert analysis into new sales workflows and processes
  • Partner with functional leaders to provide reporting for resource planning
  • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
  • Champion change guided by data driven recommendations
  • Use predictive modeling and forecasting to increase and optimize customer experiences and revenue generation
  • Maintain significant knowledge of all NinjaTrader product offerings and policies

Position Requirements:
  • 2+ years related financial data or strategic analysis experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and inquisitive personality
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, and proper usage)
  • Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of standard operating procedures across multiple departments
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
  • Strong background using Salesforce, including advanced reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to read and interpret data
  • Positive and flexible mindset, able to react to an ever-changing environment with eagerness and confidence
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
