In this dual-hatted role, you will be responsible for supporting traditional analytics and escallation management (i.e., delivering analytical results and proposed solutions to key stakeholders) for Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE).

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

  • Analyzing sales data and trends. Responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of the sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity.
  • Developing and tracking key performance indicators, and evaluates performance based on the sales quotas, while taking into consideration current economic conditions.
  • Helping derive key strategic insights from the myriad data types.
  • Reviewing capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity, and goal attainment.
  • Performing regular analysis for expenses and budgets.
  • Evaluating pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives.
  • Effectively incorporating customer delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations.
  • Maintaining and enhancing salesforce automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.
  • Driving continuous improvements applying LEAN
  • Daily demonstration of the highest level of Philips Leadership competencies and our Philips Behaviors

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree, required.
  • 5+ years of experience in the analytics space, working with numbers, and ability to take on increased responsibility in a dynamic, fast paced environment and sometimes with limited direction.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to think methodically, reason, and formulate insights.
  • Ability to connect reporting to business impact, with the skill to visually present and communicate data with supportive recommendations for corrective action.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Agile thinker possessing persistence, curiosity, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Open and adaptable to new responsibilities; with a desire to learn and apply new skills in changing conditions.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Skilled in using various data management and reporting tools, and other software such as, Salesforce, and Foresight, preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.). required
  • Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal guidance and meet or exceed deadline deliverables.
