Job Description
Be a utilitarian team member with the desire and experience to lead process as well as provide deep analytical insights across various initiatives to support achieving specific business results.
Your role:
- To increase overall sales results, analyze patterns and data from sales by gathering, evaluating, and reporting sales-related data. establishing and tracking key performance indicators, evaluating performance of sales targets, and accounting for the status of the economy.
- Provide deep analytics associated with the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, debooking & rebooking results per policy.
- Be a utilitarian team member and execute specific project deliverables, with the agility to move through different business segments as needed. This hybrid, Cambridge, MA or Nashville, TN based role, may require travel up to 10%.
You're the right fit if:
- You've acquired 5+ years of experience in the analytics space, working with numbers, and ability to take on increased responsibility in a dynamic, fast paced environment and sometimes with limited direction.
- Your skills include advanced Excel abilities (modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.) and clearly connecting reporting to business impact, while making recommendations for corrective action.
- You have a Bachelor's degree (required) with LEAN/project management expertise and applicable knowledge with some of the following platforms: Salesforce, SAP, Foresight, Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You're a self-starter with strong organizational, and project management skills with the ability to work independently; capable in driving continuous improvement in a matrixed, lean-focused environment with the capacity to adapt to changing work requirements as needed. About Philips
