Working as a Contractor for Business Operations and Strategy group is an integral role on the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, contributing to ServiceTitan’s data-driven strategic decision making.Â
This role will have two focuses: the first and primary focus of the role will be as a sales evaluation specialist who will help ensure that ServiceTitan’s large team of outbound sales reps are properly and effectively managing their account books of business. This will take someone who has strong attention to detail and is able to think independently and critically about whether reps have satisfied the necessary requirements when working an account. There will also be a secondary focus on transformative “special projects.” This role will also involve synthesizing data into actionable recommendations, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders, and providing ad-hoc analytical support to partners. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, business acumen and a joy in problem solving and piecing together ambiguous puzzles.Â
What You'll Do:

Analyze data using Tableau to generate insights around drivers of organizational outcomes

Review sales rep data for errors, new reports, and process enhancements

Drive various processes to ensure data quality and accuracy across the prospect database operations, and provide analytical support to other orgs as needed

Partner with cross-functional teams across the business, including general managers (GM), finance and product strategy to integrate data insights into strategic planning and execution

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports

Automate recurring reporting for operational efficiencyÂ
What You'll Bring:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Data Science or a similar field
-
2+ years of experience, preferably in consulting, data analytics or sales operations

Strong communications skills and the ability to work in English with senior manager stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and pride in the accuracy of one’s work

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop data-driven insights

Knowledge of the sales cycle or the ability to learn about sales motion requirements quickly

Joy in problem solving and piecing together ambiguous puzzles

Hands on experience with analyzing large data sets using SQL, BI (Tableau) tools and Gsheets/Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders

Experience with Salesforce CRM (preferable)
