Sales Analyst, EOS
Job Description
This position provides the EOS Sales team with detailed analysis and reporting to help drive revenue performance and sales force productivity. This includes providing the sales force with the necessary tools and accurate information needed to analyze their existing business and forecast future opportunities. In addition, this role will assist with territory alignment, management reporting and sales compensation administration. Detailed reporting and analysis will be required, including maintaining data, creating tools, and reviewing areas of opportunity.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting data on global EOS commercial activity
- Collaborates with sales management to establish processes to improve accuracy of sales projections and forecasting
- Sales contract administration
- Utilize Salesforce, SAP, and PowerBI to design and deliver accurate and dependable analytic reports that provides visibility to EOS commercial activity and performance globally.
- Maintains key performance indicator reporting used by senior management to drive results
- Provides ad hoc financial analysis
- Prepares slide decks for quarterly performance review meetings and other sales management presentations
Requirements
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively partner with others
- Experience or ability to interact with senior leadership
- Has the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. Builds and maintains strong working relationships with peers
- Ability to work independently; ensure responsive and timely follow-up; meet deadlines and demonstrates a sense of urgency; ability to prioritize; and strong organizations skills.
- Solid knowledge of corporate finance concepts including discounted cash flow projections
- Excellent analytical and advanced financial modeling skills and experience
- Highly organized with a capacity to manage multiple priorities, and light deadlines with minimal supervision or direction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel and mastery of other PC applications including PowerBI, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word required. Previous Salesforce experience preferred but not required
- ERP systems and data mining experience a plus

Salary Range
Alphatec Spine, Inc. complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate's qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $70,000 to $80,000 Full-Time Annual Salary
