Sales Analyst II Purpose and Overview
This Team Member will be primarily responsible for supporting the Sales teams to drive Dawn's Sales Operations initiatives. This position will support national initiatives while supporting adoption for Key and/or Market sales teams. Focus areas to support are:

• Sales Technology adoption of CRM and online ordering
• Development/maintenance of sales and margin metric reporting
• Development/maintenance of various Salesforce-generated reports, and any other general reporting requests submitted by the sales teams
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly state of business presentations for Key and Market Sales Team Members, including Senior Management

This Team Member will be responsible for building and leveraging a strong network with all relevant cross-functional teams to support Team Dawn. In this role, the Sales Analyst will collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure adequate data and analysis are provided to help meet sales and profitability goals.
Work Environment: This position is Hybrid, based in Jackson, Michigan. To qualify for this position, candidates must be based in or around the Jackson, MI area. We are specifically seeking applicants who reside in close proximity to Jackson, MI to ensure accessibility and convenience for regular attendance and participation in on-site activities
What will you do as a Sales Analyst II at Dawn Foods?
Sales Analytics / Planning

• Development and implementation of planning tools and processes.
• Report and Presentation Development/Training: Assists in developing periodic reporting to provide to sales teams, as well as coaching teams on how to interpret that reporting and take necessary actions (i.e., Customer Database, Customer Channels, Categories)
• Manage the Customer process, filtering and distributing customer leads, maintaining optimum customer visit frequency and duration.
• Support the annual budget process. This includes preparation of annual territory budget worksheets, training the sales team on processes, and tracking of report actuals vs. budget monthly.
• Assists with Sales Territory re-alignments and adjustment/maintenance of sales team targets.
• Provides data gathering and ad-hoc analysis as needed for everyday business, as well as special projects.

What Does It Take to be a Sales Analyst II at Dawn Foods?
Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with emphasis on Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Management, or Economics/Statistics, or 5-7 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• At least 2-5 years of experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data.
• Must have a keen understanding of the product sales process.
• Must have excellent technical, communications, and computer skills.
• Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Must have CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.

Compensation
$65,380 - $100,690 with bonus potential
