The Sales Analytics and Affiliate Manager owns and manages exciting and dynamic daily operations for sales team
performance and buy side of lead generations and analysis for performance of 3 rd party purchased leads across the
sales cycle. This role will deliver an annual strategic plan and manage budget spend on a monthly basis. This role
will assist with audience research and other affiliate models to meet business demand generation objectives.
Weekly and monthly reporting will deliver on lead goals and other KPIs.
Essential Job Functions
- Optimize ROI customer acquisition strategies across paid channels
- Manage buy side affiliate partner relationships, including budgets and reporting
- Work with management team to find and develop opportunities driving down CAC costs and insuring higher quality of leads with key KPIs
- Partner with Sales Operations leaders and product managers on Salesforce data
- Maintain PosiGenโs brand VIS ID and style guidelines throughout all internal and external campaigns
- Proactively work with finance on marketing vendor and project invoices, and projected costs
- Consult and help execute media buys related to customer lead acquisition
- Coordinate with Inside Sales strategy for optimal results on demand generated and lead management within Salesforce
- Work with automated marketing build out to increase conversion of demand generated
- Cadence of measurement and delivering high level views via PPT TBD
- Willingness to do field work
- Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing or comparable degree
- Minimum 5 years previous marketing experience with proven affiliate marketing program management/lead purchasing experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with Cloud Storage (Dropbox, Google Drive), Macintosh Operating System, and Salesforce
- 2+ years data management experience
