We are looking for an senior Sales and Account Manager to help us scale the household appliances category (Small Domestic Appliances and Medium Domestic Appliances). The ideal candidate has strong sales & negotiation skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a background in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- You have 5+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record of strong sales and negotiation skills
- You can effectively generate leads and close deals with a focus on building long term partnerships
- You are a fast learner and support the development of a growing category
- You love dealing with people and they love dealing with you
- You are fluent in English, other European languages a plus
- You are able to travel occasionally within the EU (ie to trade fairs, partner visits etc)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Your mission will be to work as of part of a team in growing the Household Appliances category at refurbed. You’ll connect with the biggest brands and work shoulder to shoulder with them to navigate the path to being more sustainable by selling refurbished products through the refurbed marketplace.
- You will contribute to the expansion of our current supplier portfolio by securing, onboarding and managing new top-tier brands
- You will create, prioritise and maintain a strong leads pipeline
- You will establish strong, long-term partnerships with our partners (sellers)
- You will manage and grow existing accounts to maximise revenues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, identify opportunities on both supply and customer end and feed those into the category strategy
- Networking, building brand awareness and attending relevant events around Europe
