A key part of the eCommerce, Experience, and Change Leadership (EECL) organization, the Global Change Leadership team drives adoption of complex transactional changes for new business models, processes, policies, tools, and behaviours with our Sales Teams, Channel Partners, and Customers.

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced team member to drive Customer and Sales MoC related to transactional experience.

The Sales and Customer MOC Lead is focused on readying teams throughout the transformation change journey to support their overall transactional experience. This role includes close engagement with Sales and Account Management teams on the transactional changes related to our aaS transformation.

You will work closely with the Intake and Change Impacts lead as well as content creation leads to fully capture and describe upcoming changes for your specific audience.

Responsibilities
  • Owns the Sales and Customer MOC plan on transactional changes related to aaS transformation.
  • Close alignment with other team members like Intake and Change impact lead to ensure that audience specific aspects are covered
  • Align and consult on modalities used to communicate change to enable easy consumption of available content
  • Actively contribute to change network to ensure that information reaches targeted audiences and personas
  • Close engagement and stakeholder management with Sales management, Sales Strategy and Planning, Global Ops and Geo engagement teams to drive change efforts across multiple organizations
  • Provide expertise to cross-functional program teams and provide flexible, result oriented leadership to get things done quickly and effectively
  • Participate and contribute to content reviews and sign-off processes
  • Identify and own risks to project execution, coordinate mitigation decision making, clearly document and follow-up on the mitigation steps. Escalate to management where needed


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of Project Management or relationship management experience
  • Project Management qualification is desirable
  • Experience developing readiness programs, training or stakeholder engagement
  • Preferably experience in one or more of following areas: Sales Strategy, Customer Management, e-commerce
