Job Overview

We are looking for Sales Automation Bot Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing sales automation

Responsibilities

• create marketing and sales automation bots scenarios, run brainstorming, generate hypotheses and drive ABC tests
• set-up sales bots inside Intercom system
• supporting Messenger and Chatbot platform end-users when requested through all official communication channels. Providing users with sustainable access and help in mastering the systems. Interaction with Messenger and Chatbot vendors representatives. Clarifying system possibilities, submitting improvement requests for the vendor
• analyze current sales processes and identify opportunities for automation to enhance workflows and improve overall efficiency
• monitor and analyze the performance of sales bots, making data-driven adjustments
• work closely with other company's departments
• stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales automation

Requirements

• English (Intermediate, required), Russain (desirable)
• proven experience as a Marketing or Sales Automation Bot Specialist or similar role (1+ year)
• experience in financial/cryptocurrency/gaming industries
• strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM)
• experience with marketing automation and chat-bot building platforms (Intercom, Salesforce, Blueshift etc)
• excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
