Koch Agronomic Services is seeking a Sales and Insights Analyst to join the Customer Experience Team! This role is pivotal in enabling our organization to make data-driven decisions, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and developing innovative sales tools. The Sales and Insights Analyst acts as a bridge between our sales, marketing, and technical teams, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring that our teams have access to real-time data for customer engagement and strategic planning.

Our Team

The Sales and Insights Analyst reports to the Senior Manager and is based at the headquarters in Wichita, KS.

What You Will Do

• Perform voice of customer analysis analyzing the data to identify trends, improve customer experience, and enhance data-driven decision-making
• Partner with the sales team to understand their data needs and provide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions that drive sales efficiency and effectiveness
• Advocate for business data needs and contribute to the development strategies to improve data reliability and trust
• Train and support the business in the use of CRM and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)-related tools, processes and analytics
• Partner with technical teams to communicate business requirements, develop strategies to improve data reliability and trust and collaborate on issue resolution
• Serve as the primary contact for customer and sales inquiries and issues related to EDI transactions
• Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights and tell compelling data-driven stories that support strategic business objectives

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience utilizing a CRM
• Experience partnering with internal and external customers
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Experience working with large datasets in Excel (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, data manipulation/analysis and formula creation)

What Will Put You Ahead

• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
• Knowledge of EDI standards and protocols relevant to customer data exchange.
• Working knowledge of Ag industry
