Sales and Marketing Coordinator

*Annual salary: $55,000 ~ 65,000.*

• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, and managing travel arrangements.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, events, and trade shows (e.g., exhibit design, logistics coordination, on-site support).
• Support the sales team's efforts in tracking sales leads and opportunities, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Create and manage marketing collateral, such as brochures, case studies, and white papers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales, business development, and product development initiatives.
• Manage and maintain customer databases, including entering and updating customer contact information and sales opportunities.
• Manage the company's website and social media channels, including the creation of content and monitoring of engagement metrics.
• Support the creation and delivery of presentations and other materials.
• Conduct market or customer research to support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing and/or project management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
