Position Summary:Ā
The Complete Solar Virtual Sales is part of a talented team that ensures our customers have an amazing experience going solar. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ā
- Speak with potential customers who have requested a solar quote from Complete Solar
- Ask questions and collect information to make sure customers are qualifiedĀ
- Build trust with potential customers, and create value in the appointmentĀ
- Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with a Complete Solar expert and see a customized quote for their homeĀ
- Communicate clearly and effectively with other stakeholders at Complete Solar regarding appointmentsĀ
- Send reminders and follow up tenaciously to make sure appointments take placeĀ
Minimum Qualifications:Ā
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take full ownership of responsibilitiesĀ
- Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to connect with customersĀ
- High level of confidence; ability to appear as the expert in the qualification processĀ
- Pass a pre-employment criminal background checkĀ
While performing the duties of this job, the employeeĀ is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.Ā
