Job Description

We are seeking a talented, hardworking, detail oriented, and organized Sales Assistant to
assist with customer service across both managed service campaigns and self-serve campaigns.
This role reports directly to the VP of Revenue.
Β 

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing campaign performance and upselling to current clients
  • Checking in with clients regarding potential issues, outstanding information, or optimization recommendations
  • Liaison between internal trading team and external clients both agency and direct
  • QAing RFPs and reports for typos, mistakes, and potential improvements
  • Making sure that all campaign materials are organized and shared with the proper
    internal teams

Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years experience in programmatic whether that be agency/client side
    or vendor side
  • The ability to stay organized while juggling multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Doesn’t fold under pressure
  • Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding how to look at data and communicate the key points in a clear and concise manner
